Holders of the Gen1 NFTs can earn KS once per day by syncing their wallet to the Kalisten app and doing a workout.
The amount of KS earned will vary based on the rarity of each NFT.
KS has many uses within the Kalisten Ecosystem.
One of them is staking in-app to get extra EXP after every workout and reduce withdrawal fees
